Delete your nodeApp account

You can permanently delete your nodeApp account and associated data in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access.

1.Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open nodeApp.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Review what will be deleted, then confirm.

After you confirm, you are signed out on all devices immediately and the account-deletion process begins.

2.Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access nodeApp, email us from the email address registered to your account and write: “Please permanently delete my nodeApp account.”

We may reply to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Never send us your password or a verification code.

If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact support@nodeapp.us for help verifying your account.

3.Before you delete

• Deletion cannot be reversed. You will not be able to recover the account after deletion.
• Groups you lead will be deleted. This includes their tasks, messages, invitations, notifications, and uploaded images.
• Request a copy first if needed. Email privacy@nodeapp.us before deleting your account if you want a copy of your account data.

4.What is deleted

When your nodeApp account is deleted, our account-deletion process removes:

• Your account and profile information, including your email address, name, date of birth, authentication identifiers, password hash, and profile photo
• Your active sessions and push-notification tokens
• Your messages, notifications, invitations, task assignments, and uploaded images
• Groups you lead and the tasks, messages, invitations, notifications, and images associated with those groups
• Your membership in groups you joined; those groups continue for their other members

5.What may be retained

Limited report or moderation records may be retained only when needed for safety, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Any such retention is limited to the purpose that requires it and follows our Privacy Policy.
